On Oct. 24-26, 2024, SEMLA welcomes all interested members to gather at Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina, for the SEMLA 2024 Annual Meeting!

On this website, you can access information on the scheduled one-day pre-conference workshop, Music in Libraries: Just the Basics as well as the program for the SEMLA 2024 Annual Meeting.

Conference accommodations will be provided by Best Western Travelers Rest, located at 110 Hawkins Road, Travelers Rest, South Carolina 29690, which is about 4 miles from the campus. Other/closer options for accommodations may be arranged through AirBnB, VRBO, or one of the hotels listed HERE (“Furman Friends and Family rate” may be available). 

The annual conference banquet will be held on campus, Friday evening, October 25, at the Daniel Dining Hall.

Finally, for students or those fresh in their library careers, we invite interested individuals to apply for the Pauline Shaw Bayne Travel Grant.
